DIY Felt Halloween Wreath

It’s that time of year again. Temperatures start dropping and your neighbors yards begin to be filled with witches, pumpkins and scarecrows. Halloween is a great time of year to enjoy sweatshirt weather and apple cider, but it really wouldn’t be Halloween without the decorations.

So, here’s a fun little decoration project that will surely spice up your front door and will make your neighbors jealous of your craftiness.

Supplies:

Foam wreath

Orange felt cut into 2 in. x 2 in. strips

Extra long satin pins, size 21

Spider/embellishments

 

Step 1. Fold the felt strip in half. Fold it in half again.

Step 2. Pinch the base and pin it to the foam wreath. Fan out the felt edges.

Step 3. Work your way around the wreath, pinning on folded felt strips. Fill the wreath completely, fanning out the felt to cover up the pins

Step 4. Hang from door using a wreath hanger. Add any embellishments/spiders.
